This is so very simple.
Most people train only fullswing, so this means full length of swing and at full speed. This means they are very limited on developing feel, timing and ballstriking..
The way I train all my players from tour players to raw novice golfers is to find the length of swing that the player starts to struggle with and correct it there 1st. Correcting the small swing will correct the big swing, I've seen it 1000s of times
When training the small swings try to slow the overall speed down so you can feel what you are trying to do in the swing
I can tell you for a fact it's not your fullswing that's killing your game it's the short swing that's killing your game
Work with a SW from 30 yards out and hit as many as it takes until you can repeat it over and over, then take it to 60 yards and so on.
A Swing is a swing so fix the short one 1st and good luck
